Processing & Handling

We do our best to process orders as quickly as possible.
Most orders are prepared within 1–2 days, but processing can take up to 1–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) depending on order volume.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Typical delivery time is 1–2 weeks, but delays may occur due to customs, local postal services, or high-volume periods.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties or taxes (including VAT), depending on your country’s regulations.

SereneHome is not responsible for these charges.
Any fees applied upon arrival are the customer’s responsibility.

How to Check Your Order Status

You can check the status of your order anytime on our Order Tracking page.

Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days after your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@serenehome.co with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
Refunds are issued for the order amount excluding return shipping costs.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Orders

If you purchased third-party Shipping Protection at checkout and your package was lost, stolen, or damaged:

  • Have your order number and the email used for the purchase
  • Submit a replacement request through the Shipping Protection portal
  • Once your claim is reviewed and approved, a replacement order will be issued
